COMMUNITY - CONNECTION - COACHING
Whether you are getting into running for the first time, or have run for decades, we strive to meet you where you’re at.
Scared to sign up for your first 5K? Great, we have been there.
Coming back from an injury, and uncertain where to begin? Great, we have experienced that as well.
Post-partum and not sure how the body is going to respond? Great, we (Jessica) has gone through that.
Tackling a big racing goal, and needing some accountability? Great, you aren’t alone.
5 Core Principles
The best mile is a safe mile. One that you can complete, and one that makes you want to come back tomorrow.
Time, pace, and speed are irrelevant. Simply the act of showing up and doing the work shows strength and courage.
Always moving forward with a positive attitude. Sure, setbacks and injuries will likely occur, but move forward mentally.
Understanding and knowing ‘why’ you run holds value. We all come with a different story, but your story makes it unique.
Running shouldn’t be seen as ‘work’. When you can enjoy the simple act of movement, that is when you can find joy in the process.
